Understanding our refund terms and conditions

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on services provided by RoborosX Omni Tech Solutions LLP. We strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction while maintaining fair business practices.

2. SaveMe.life Subscription Refunds

  • Full refund available within 7 days of subscription if no services have been used
  • Pro-rated refund for annual subscriptions if cancelled within 30 days
  • No refunds for monthly subscriptions after the service has been used
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@rosx.in

3. RosX Edu Soft Refunds

  • Full refund available within 15 days of implementation if system does not meet specified requirements
  • Pro-rated refund for annual subscriptions if cancelled within 45 days
  • Setup and configuration fees are non-refundable once the service is implemented
  • Data migration charges are non-refundable

4. Website Development Refunds

  • 50% advance payment is non-refundable once development has begun
  • Full refund of advance payment if project is cancelled before development starts
  • No refund for completed and delivered website pages
  • Partial refund may be considered for incomplete work, assessed on a case-by-case basis

5. Custom Software Development

  • Refunds are handled as per the terms specified in the project contract
  • Milestone-based payments are non-refundable upon milestone approval
  • Cancellation fees may apply for project termination
  • Unused development hours may be refunded or credited for future services

6. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Submit a written request to hello@rosx.in
  • Include your order details and reason for refund
  • Provide any relevant documentation or evidence
  • Allow 7-14 business days for review and processing
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

7. Non-Refundable Items

  • Third-party services or licenses purchased on your behalf
  • Domain registration fees
  • SSL certificates
  • Server setup and configuration fees
  • Custom development work that has been delivered and approved

8. Special Circumstances

We may consider refunds outside of these terms in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Technical issues preventing service delivery
  • Service unavailability due to our system failures
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
